What we collect

If you email us, we receive your name, email address and anything you choose to send, such as rules or prototype files. This website does not use cookies. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to you and, if you become a design partner, to analyse the game materials you share and discuss the results. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement.

Your game materials

Rules, prototypes and designs you send us are used only to provide analysis to you. We never share or publish them and never use them to train AI models.

Who processes it for us

Our email is provided by Proton (Switzerland) and our website is hosted by Cloudflare. The UK recognises Switzerland as providing adequate data protection; transfers to Cloudflare are covered by its data processing terms.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as it is relevant to our conversation, and delete it within 24 months of our last contact unless we have an ongoing agreement with you.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
